Returns Policy

• Eligibility: Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
